Monkenshaw Meter Box 1

This cabinet used to house the inverter for a photo-voltaic array for the Eskdale Hub in the village. It became redundant and I purchased it for £20. It's now situated at the bottom of a Scottish Power electricity pole and houses the terminal equipment and meter for Monkenshaw Cottage, a quarter of a mile up the forestry track. It replaces the broken wooden box that was on the wall of the Corner house. Recycling!
